We are not here to confuse you with heaps of internet jargon and costly add-ons. We are here to offer a quality, simple service and make your life easier. Quite simply, our delivery service is free of charge! No cost, Zilch!

We remove the hassle from you and deliver to anywhere across Edinburgh and the Lothian’s at no extra cost. What’s more, if you’re an account customer and your property is vacant we will collect and return keys from a location of your choice. Now who else would do that?!

Check our delivery schedule to make sure that the days and times are suitable for free delivery. If they don’t quite fit into your schedule, not to worry, you can request a 4 hour timeslot on any working day out with our schedule for just £19.99. Conditions apply.

Returns

How do I return goods that I do not want?

  • On delivery of item, our engineers will do a full inspection, where possible with the client present and will be refused if damage is found. 
  • Products will be signed for, where possible to confirm that you have received the correct appliance and that it is not damaged

If you do decide to return a product to us please read the full terms and conditions before you do so, it’l make the process easier! You have 10 working days from the date of delivery to request a collection and your appliance must be unused and still in the original packaging. We DO NOT charge for returns.

If your item is faulty them it will be covered by a manufacturers guarantee and you will need to contact them directly. Again we can provide you with the necessary contact details, just call our team on 01875 610310 and quote your product make, model and ref number and we will guide you through the full process. All Appliances come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labour.

Delivery and Returns

Bisset & Steedman Ltd deliver to selected UK locations within a 40 mile radius of EH33 1HH, Tranent. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01875 610310 or info@bissetandsteedman.co.uk to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Bisset & Steedman Ltd will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 3 days. Bisset & Steedman Ltd will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
